THE PROCESS
This service is broken down into four important phases;
1. Concept Design
Where the creative vision for your project begins to take shape. During this stage, we translate your ideas, needs, wants and lifestyle into an aspiring design direction.
This involves exploring spatial planning, mood, style, and overall atmosphere through curated inspiration imagery, colour palettes, material samples, and conceptual sketches.

2. Schematic Design
This phase develops the initial concept into a more defined vision.
Building on the concept, we refine the layout of your space, explore furniture size and placement, and ensure the design works beautifully in everyday life. You will be able to see the design start to take shape through drawings, layouts, and early 3D visuals, along with suggested finishes and materials.
Client collaboration and feedback are integral to this stage, ensuring clarity and approval before progressing into the next stage.

3. Design Development
From here, we take your approved schematic design and transform it into a detailed and polished vision. This is where all the important decisions are made - from materials, finishes, fittings and fixtures, to bespoke joinery and lighting details. You will see how everything works together through detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and curated selections, ensuring you have a clear picture of the final look and feel.
This stage gives you confidence that every element has been thoughtfully designed before moving into the documentation.

4. Design Documentation
This documentation phase translates the design into precise drawings and schedules that your builder or trades can follow. This includes technical plans, elevations, joinery details, and specifications for all finishes, fixtures and fittings.
By creating clear, comprehensive documentation, we ensure the design intent is maintained through the build, minimise errors on site, and streamline communication with contractors and suppliers. This phase is the crucial bridge between design and construction, bringing your vision to life with precision and clarity.
