THE PROCESS
This service is delivered through three carefully considered phases, ensuring your project develops clearly from concept through to construction
1. Concept Design
This is where the creative vision for your project begins to take shape.
During this phase we translate your ideas, needs, and lifestyle into a clear design direction. We explore spatial planning, mood, and style through curated inspiration imagery, colour palettes, material samples, and conceptual layouts.
This stage establishes the overall look, feel, and flow of the design, ensuring the creative direction aligns with your vision before progressing further.
2. Design Development
Once the concept has been established, we refine the design into a more detailed and resolved vision.
During this stage we finalise important design decisions including materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and bespoke joinery elements. Drawings and 3D visuals allow you to clearly visualise how the space will look and function.
This phase ensures every element works cohesively together before moving into technical documentation.
3. Design Documentation
The final stage translates the design into precise technical drawings and schedules that builders and trades can follow.
This documentation may include floor plans, elevations, joinery drawings, and specifications for finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
Clear and comprehensive documentation ensures the design intent is maintained throughout construction while minimising errors on site and streamlining communication with contractors and suppliers.
